Carrie began her dance career as an apprentice with the Eglevsky Ballet when she was 14.  She attended The Alvin Ailey School and American Theater Dance School before becoming a member of the pre-professional theater program at The School at Steps on Broadway.  At Steps Carrie studied ballet, pointe, jazz, Horton, contemporary, theater dance, tap, and hip -hop with exceptional teachers including Leslie Browne, Lisa Harvie, Karen Gayle, Debbie Roshe, and Matt Williams.  Carrie also attended the School At Jacob's Pillow and studied with Chet Walker and Andy Blankenbuehler.  She performed on the Inside Out Stage and her dancing is archived at The Pillow.  Carrie has also been seen in the Jazz at Lincoln Center Festival, on the Riverside Church Stage, The Cell, and at Symphony Space.  She has also enjoyed dancing in music videos and TV shows.  Most recently she can be seen in 'Paralyzed' -David Archuleta's new music video.  Carrie was the assistant choreographer for 'Kill Hamlet' at Signature Theater which she also performed in.
